I have worked in retail advertising for many years with Giant Food where I designed iconic logos such as "That's My Giant" and "We Care About You!", which branded Giant in the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan Areas. Over the years, I have received numerous honors including Addy Awards for annual reports and FMI Awards (Food Marketing Institute) for successful retail communications to consumers. This past year, I received a first place award from the National Refrigerated Frozen Food Association for my store signing and publications during the Frozen Food Month program which was judged nationally.
My designs are geared to the audience, which can range from a conservative to a contemporary approach. Also, I pride myself in the area of customer service and have an understanding that in many cases, the client knows what they want but struggles in how to verbalize or visualize what they are looking for in a design.
